May 2004 - Resorts Ontario

Resorts Ontario is a private Association made up of resort and country inn members throughout Ontario. Resorts Ontario represents over 200 unique vacation and corporate meeting destinations. These properties are primarily on prime waterfront and boast an array of offerings for families, couples, empty nesters, retirees, social groups, business related meetings and special events. With so many wonderful getaways right here in Ontario, getting away couldn't be easier! In most cases these resorts are just three or four turns from the GTA, they are less than a tank of gas - return trip.

Many Ontario resorts and country inn have celebrated their 75th to 100th year anniversary. Their warm and friendly hospitality has earned Ontario resorts the reputation as the place to visit from guests from all over Ontario and the Great Lakes border States. In alot of cases these properties are still owned and operated by the third, fourth and even the fifth generation. The TMAC Mix and Mingle held at the Old Mill Inn in Toronto on May 25th, 2004 was fantastic. There were several featured resorts and country inns on hand sharing their stories and ideas about their one of a kind property and how special their guests have become.
