There will be no refunds issued for media member conference registrations after May 17, 2019.
If you select and are confirmed for a pre and or post tour opportunity, any cancellations of your participation received after May 17, 2019 will be subject to a $125 penalty per tour. This is a nominal fee to assist in offsetting any charges incurred by the tour operators due to last minute cancellations.
Individual exceptions will be considered by the conference committee and host on a case by case basis to consider unforeseen, legitimate cancellations.
Substitutions can be made at any time. If an industry member cancels on or before May 17, 2019, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued after this date.
