TMAC will only consider proposals from Canadian based proponents, however U.S. proponents will be considered if cost adjustments can be made to factor in the conversion.

TMAC is looking to update its main website (travelmedia.ca) to enhance the user experience, simplify content management and provide engaging information and better customer service to its members, while meeting high standards for design quality, visual appeal and functionality.

TMAC seeks the assistance of an experienced company that can accomplish the requirements identified in this RFP. The association also seeks a company that has the capability of integrating additional features and functionality that may be identified in the future. The experienced company should have a team of experts who understand not-for-profits, in order to help us achieve our vision.
